ati catalyst driver problem

Updated my drivers from 9.7 to 9.9 yesterday but after the installation both screens turned off and wouldnt turn back on, despite the computer itself being on, I left it like this for about 20 minutes with nothing happening so i restarted the pc, everythings fine but I checked my drivers today and they've gone back to 9.7 again

any ideas about how/why this has happened?

Sorry for the bump, but my drivers have just gone back down to 9.7 for some reason..

The 9.9s failed to install for some reason.

You should wait a few days and just grab the 9.10s.

They should be the first "proper" official Win 7 drivers out, so there will have been some good work put in to them.
