Ati Catalyst install issues

Ive never had this happen to me before, and its getting rather annoying.

I have just installed my new system, fresh windows and all that jazz. However, I am trying to install catalyst 9.4, everything seems to go well until I restart. CCC has installed fine, but will not launch because the actual graphics drivers themselves have not installed.

I have now tried 9.4, 9.3 and 9.2 but none will work. Not even the standalone driver installer works.

Any ideas ? :/

Using Vista 64. But I shall have a go at that anyway, just to see if it works.

No joy, just says my driver is already up to date, even did a reformat again and still no joy installing any Catalysts :/

Managed to get it sorted now. Checked the files associated with the drivers through device manager and manually deleted them from the Windows system folders, seems they were left behind after I uninstalled the Catalyst.

Works fine now after a reinstall of 9.4
