ATI CCC Auto-Tune & AMD Overdrive Auto-Clock

Anybody had any issues with either / both of these?

I have run both, on my CPU & GPU and have squeezed a fair bit of juice out of both. Just wondering if the OC they set are pretty safe?

Standard coolers on both.

If I decide to do some manual OC what should I be safe with or is it indeed even worth it for gaming?

i just downloaded AMD overdrive from my motherboard bios page thing..

was also wondering the same! seems a safe way for a noob to overclock? (I.E. me) and compair what things changed. so i would have a better idea how to try it myself on an old desktop

I stopped using it a long time ago after one time it thought it would be a fun idea to overclock my memory a good 100Mhz past the point where it was already showing artifacts.

So nobody uses it?

I could do with some advice as it has clocked my chip up to 3.35Ghz at this moment in time and it is still going up with a standard cooler. Is it likely to blow up when I start gaming?

*edit, now at 3.4Ghz*

I assume it stress tests the chip? Have just hit 30c.
