Ati CCC problem when installing new drivers

hi all i have just tried to install the new 8.9 ati drivers but on bootup i get cannot find MOM ive done of bit of research and appears to relate to net 2.0 the problem is i cant find a vista 64 bit version to reinstall has anybody else had this problem
what have i done wrong i uninstalled the ccc and install manager and use driver sweeper had this problem a few times now

Also DS can uninstall more than it should on some set-ups.

hi thanks not sure what i have to do still sorry?
im having probs reinstalling net 2.0 ,3.0 again

Try & see if there is a system restore point that is before the changes you made.
