On paper it seems to be the same spec as OCZ 2GB PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK) as sold by Ocuk, just with a slightly different heat spreader

If it's like SLD certified memory then I think there's a difference in the SPD. I don't believe there is a performance gain from this.
