Ati clocking down due to overheating

OK ive had this warning a couple of times whilst playing COD4 i have the ATI X1900 with 512 of ram.

is there a good heat monitoring program i can get?

ati tool. should allow you to moniter temps, controle fan speeds and overclock. quite a few other uses too. i use it.

Hey,

If you go onto the CPUID website, you can download HWMonitor 1.07

In my experience, it's a good hardware monitoring tool.

If that doesn't find your card's heat sensor, download AMD GPU Clock Tool (Google it, can't remember where I got it)

You can tell that to monitor GPU temperature

atitool and rivatuner will both take temps, aswell as give loads of overclocking options.

Don't know anything about GPUz or HWmonitor so can't really comment on them.
