ATI Color Vibrance not working

At first I just thought it was the drivers but Ive had several now and Ive noticed that none of the color settings including color vibrance actually work. You can move the sliders up and down desktop color never changes, help!!

There's a 3rd party app controlling my colours so I can't change them. I've never tried to change them though.

Assuming your using trhe correct control, 'Digital Flat Panel -> Display Color -> Color Correction / Saturation' it is working fine in Catalyst 12.6.
