ATI Driver Error

Hi, I am having a problem with the ATI drivers. Whenever I start windows, play games or try to get into the driver settings it comes up with this error.

I've tried uninstalling the drivers and installing different ones but it's happening on every version.

Anyone know a way to fix this

install .Net 1.1 or .NET 2
