I am back to the red team after a 5 month defection to the greens. I need to know is it still possible to just load the drivers without the Catalyst Control Centre and if so are there any disadvantages. I am not concerned about having no saved game profiles - I enjoy the ritual of changing the settings each time before playing a different game.

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

Yes you can... when you install, you get 2 options.. express and custom.. chosse custom, and untick control centre.. easiy as that!!!
However, you dont get any options to modify any settings, otheer than screen res and refressh rate etc... i dont think you even get the ati tray icon or control panel...
