ATI drivers and Overclocking???

So i have never used a ATI card before, where can i find the latest driver for my 5850 graphics card? where can i find some information about overclocking the card i hear they overclock well which is good as i am new to this so would be reading up a lot to make sure i know what i am doing

Probably best to ask in the graphics card forum, thats the best place for driver and gfx OC info
