Ati Drivers issue

Guys ive just installed the new ones - i took the following steps:

Used Driver Cleaner and removed each aTI component from the list.

Restarted.

Downloaded new and installed direct from the ATI webby.

Restarted.

Now, im missing the last two digits of the clock off the corner of the screen and its really annoying - any thoughts as to what may have caused this would be really appreciated.

Slight difference in refresh rate? Can't you use your monitor settings to adjust?
[might be better posting in the GFX card or Monitor forums...]

Try resizing your monitor's screen.
