Ati Drivers won't install

Hello,

After my format i can't seem to install any of the newish ATI drivers, 8.8, 8.9, 8.10, 8.11, 8.12 All refuse to install.. however the old ones that came with my Card installed perfectly.

Heres the Error i'm recieving:

Has anyone ever come across this error before?

Don't understand this at all, the 8.12 Beta drivers install... but the 8.12 finals don't, weird.

You tried just installing over the top of the old ones, and it looks like the Beta's are the same as the finals.

I've formating again.. it's still the same.. yes i did try and install over the top and it wouldn't let me, just kept on going back to the same error.
