Pretty sure that's just microsoft's security picking up a false positive and being overly protective of the system. Avast does it quite a bit as well with modded files that I have saved on my computer. It's basically looking at the .exe file and seeing that it has been modified so it thinks there might be some harmful virus or trojan but there isn't just modified software.
