ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 problem...

Hi All,

I was just wondering... my mate has a laptop running a Mobility Radeon 7500 and is trying to run Ceasar 4 but it keeps crashing at the same point... I submitted a question to their tech support and they came back with the following:

After reviewing your system information ,I have unfortunately noticed that your video card ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 does not meet the game requirements. The minimum requirements for the game Caesar 4 are as follows.

In order to run the game, your computer must have video card with hardware T&L including Pixel Shader 1.1 or higher support which your card does not support.

Has anyone got any info on if they are right or not?? would just like to know...
