Ati & Nvidia physx help

Hi

As ive got a spare gts 450 i thought i would add it to my machine.
Ive searched and search for a guide to add the 450 as a physx gpu but every guide i see is old and ive used them but i cant get the card to use physx.

Ive done everything they say and when i load up fluid mark to check it still says Cpu physx

Im using 5970 & Gts 450

Anyone have any ideas or know of a place for a good guide

If you have a game with PhysX then I think it's worth having it enabled. Apparently you needed to use old nvidia drivers to get both an ati and nvidia card running in the same system. There is a very long thread here about this issue: http://www.ngohq.com/graphic-cards/16223-nvidia-disables-physx-when-ati-card-is-present-169.html if you really want to go down that road. I know the feeling just wanting to use the hardware you have on hand, if you can, although I'm not sure it's worth the bother. If you are determined give that thread a read.

Thanks for reply , after reading some more and seeing how much of a pain it is to get working as old drivers used does not support my newer card.

So ive decided to use it in my media pc and trifire again .

But this time ive managed to get trifire working sweet. thanks god the pain is all over
