ATI Omega / overclocking- Windows idle

Is it possible to overclock with ATI Omega drivers, during 3D it'll ramp up core/memory, then go back down to 2D when it drops back to Windows?

ATI CCC will but I prefer the Omega drivers (bit faster, less memory usage)
