Looking to upgrade my current gfx card (9800xt) which has been very good to me the past few years, but alas the time has come to say fair well and get something a little more beefy.
Currently looking at the x1950 pro or 7900GTO obviously the GTO is about £50 more, i'll also have to upgrade my motherboard as im still on AGP (neo2 plat) so i've been looking at the DFI Ultra-D. CPU is fine currently Opteron [email protected].
Which of the 2 graphics cards would be the better choice, im not that bothered about ati/nvidia branding ive used both extensively through out the years. Also would anyone happen to know if the DFI mobo supports 4 DIMMS (2x512Mb & 2x256Mb)
