ATI overdrive causing screen flicker for me

I have an HIS 1950pro, running catalyst 7.6

All is fine, however if I try to turn on overclocking and set core or memory to ANYTHING but standard settings, my screen flickers like mad.

Anyone else see this?

I don't really mind as the card is fast enough for me, it just strikes me as odd, and one day I might need to overclock it.

Same, my 1950pro doesnt like ATi overdrive, my screen flickers badly, works fine with ATI Tool though.

dont use it, its never worked with our cards, apparently it was supposed to be fixed with the 7.6 drivers but i haven't tried it as i use ati tray tool.

stick with that if you want to o/c it

Try Rivatuner, works fine for loads of ppl. If flickering continues, check the screen refresh rate and set to 70mhz but check what modes are supported bey the screen first.
