ATI overdrive help on 5770! and visual C++ error

Hi,

first of all, i keep getting a Visual C++ error randomly since i installed my 5770, is there a way to resolve this?

Also, i was going to OC in the CCC with ATI overdrive, what is a safe setting to put the GPU clock and memory clock to?

Currently at 850 and 1200, or should i not use the Overdrive feature?

try deleting drivers, doing driver sweeper and reinstalling
use the autotune then drop back 10 and 20 from the numbers it settles on, gives pretty much rock solid OC

also try uninstalling any visual c++ runtime files and reinstalling them.
