Hi all im just wondering if i use the ATI overdrive util that you install with the ATI Catalyst™ Drivers will that void my warranty? i used it to change the speed of my fan but not to overclock.

Not that I'm aware of.

Instead of using the 'overdrive' tab within the catalyst program, I would instead suggest using the MSI Afterburner software for creating a fan profile, as its far superior. You dont have to be using an MSI branded card.
