Just ran the automated overdrive thing in the CCC and was wondering how safe it is for the card (Sapphire 1950Pro PCIe 512mb).

Default FX cpu is 580, its clocked it to 621 (6 below the top)
Default memory is 702, its clocked it to 796  (1 below the top)

Temperature currently 49 degrees

Isn't this a tad high?

Mmmmm, ive just been able to watch the 3DMark2006 demo for the first time ever at a watchable frame rate :p

overdrive it fairly safe my pro atm is running at 648/843 (need to update sig) though i do have a zalman cooler on mine as well as ram sink coolers. Just keep an eye on it.

Yeah - just keep an eye on it - If I enabled overdrive on my old X800Pro, XP would regularly start up will corrupted desktop gfx.

Was fine on stock though.

What's a good piece of software that doesn't take up too much memory and displays the temp of the card and/or cpu etc in the the task manager?
