Hi all,
I've just installed Win 7 x64 on my machine and I'm having a little problem regarding dual screen setup.
When I was running Vista 32bit I had my monitor connected via DVI @ 1680x1050 and my TV connected via HDMI at 1920x1080 in duplicate mode. This was perfect as I would whack things on my monitor at full screen and then jump into bed to watch them on the TV.
Since I've installed Win 7 x64 it can only do a true duplication, so 1680x1050 on both screens, which means I have black borders on my TV.
I can run extended desktop and have independant resolutions, but I want duplication mode.
Does anyone know of a fix to run duplication mode with different resolutions depending on the screen?
I know for a fact that when running Vista the TV was running 1920x1080 as I had "Exact Scan" enabled, 1:1 pixel mapping, which it can't do on anything less than full HD, it wasn't just stretched to fit.
Hope you can help!
