Hi i have had this card for quite a while and recently the cards fan has decided to be stuck on full speed at all times even before windows has loaded, i check the CCC and it says the fan is running at 24% but it really isnt, and if i turn it to manual fan speed it also makes no difference, i tried to update it to the latest drivers, i have un installed CCC and tried again and i have removed the card completley and then re installed the CCC, (that is how i know it is the card because the computer was silent once it was removed,) and the fan speeds are still on full, i dont know what to do, and it is in warranty so is this a valid reason to take it back? or will i have to put up with it. 1 other thing, the fan speed usualy slows down back to normal after 30 mins, and the CCC fan controller works again, :/ thanks for any help.
