ati sapphire 4890 screen settings i need help

installed the ati sapphire 4890 early today and connected it via hdmi to my 32inch sony bravia tv. but i get these black boarders around the picture is there any reason why this happens

Hi theres an overscan option in the ccc. you can adjust the slider to get as close to the edge as you can, it's got rid of my black lines:p
