ATI Tool Not Applying Overclock

As above really. I have tried many configurations using CCC, ATI Tray Tools (CCC removed) and basic driver. Now I re-installed ATI CCC and aplied the usual overclock in ATI Tools. Keep getting stock performance in 3DMark05'. It just doesnt seem to apply the clock.

Tried by NOT unlocking the Overdrive and tried by unlocking it too.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you disabled the two ati services? ati smart and ati hotkeypoller.

enabled 2D/3D detection and set it to the profile you want for 3D and then return to stock??
