Ati tool use's

I'm not sure about the new 8800series in Vista but other than that yes I believe that ATItool can be used for Nvidia cards without an issue. You could also use Coolbits, nTune, Powerstrip and a couple of others. :)
 
I use ATI tool 0.27 for overclocking my 8800GTS in Vista 32-bit. It works a treat, and I have a stable clock at 600 core, 1800 memory at present.
