ATI Tool v0.26

I seem to be getting probs with this and even tried riva tuner, when ever i set 3d clocks it always boosts the ram speeds up for 2dclocks too and i can't set them as i want with higher 3dclocks only and i have not got link sliders ticked, anyone ran into this problem.
