Hi, I've got a Nvidia card and I heard this program now has support for Nvidia cards - thought i'd give it a go and it seems awesome.
I was just wondering however does this stress your gfx as much as possible? And sometimes it says it has no errors but I seen a flashing small black and white dot - it only detects the error when the whole picture goes yellow-ish.
So is the little white dot an artifiact and I should stop before ATI tool stops when the whole picutre goes yellow?

That little dot is an artifact i expect. Bellow the animation it would say "No errors for xx seconds" So it wont actually say its found errors, it would just start timing again until the next artifact is detected.

ahh right so if i overclock my gpu then leave it on for an hour, come back and says its been on for 15mins it has showed artifacts so i need to clock down?

Yep, it last showed an artifact 15mins ago. Whenever i used ATi Tool, i monitored the temps and the animation. I'm not putting my £200 card into the hands of a computer program :o

I use ati tool myself for finding what i can overclock my cards to...I move the sliders up myself..

There's no way i would leave atitool find my gfx maxium overclock on auto without me being there and watching it..

Only if you absolutely positively want to bork your card.
