I'm having probs setting fan speeds in this, i set it too manual and 100% for example set it to boot up options on start but when i re-check its always defaulted back too normal settings any ideas ?
 
hmm might be different, isnt it ati tools? the one with the auto overclocker and the fury cube to test for artifacts?

Thats the one i use, and i think you have to save the profile. my gcard fan runs at 100% now rather than constant 66%
 
HIS X800 XT PE.... for some reason the fan settings were always 66% unless it was over 60 degrees or something... But it never gets there (before it crashes anyways) So i set it at 100% all the time.

its differnt too ati tools its called ati tray tools i prefer it out of th two, i saved a profile but it never loads the fan settings up when it boots up.
