ATI underclocking tools

As title, I have a 6950@6970 but wish to underclock the memory from 6970 speeds to 6950 speeds because of BF3. But AMD Overdrive wont let me drop the memory speed below its default 1375, anyway around this ?

I need to get the memory from 1375 to 1250mhz
