ati v 8.11

Any one got a good down load link for the ati hd 8470 display drivers but it has to be for the 8.11....I already have the latest drivers installed, the 8.12, and I getting a flicker problem of the screen, I wanted to try an older display driver to see if it would cure the problem....I have win xp 32
 
thought the 9.5 was the files name not the driver version....I have the 9.5 installed....I could really do with the 8.11...or do you know a site where they have all there old disply drivers still linked to a d/load
