Can anyone recomend one? i'm only looking for one of similar power, trying to keep cost down to a minimum

It only really needs to run CSS, TF2? Maybe bad company 2

I believe so, to be honest its not actually for me its for a friend. he doesnt want to spend too much on it, anything a bit cheaper then that?

not sure on the rest of your mates specs, but i wouldn't get anything less, ideally the 4850 is the one to get, try the members market for a similar card.

its a dell dimension something or other, i believe an E520 or along those lines.
