Ow what are them cards all about with wierd names and y is there so much talk about them?

Weird names? The X1900s are ATi's recent generation of cards and the 7900s are Nvidia's. There's so much talk about them because they're new, all new things are talked about. :p Most people want one.

Those are the newer GPUs schedule for release at the end of this year or early next year with newer core architecture.
Yeah, basically DX10 full support for Vista. Don't worry about it though, wait a year before upgrading. Cost will be about the same as now.

"with newer core architecture."

Does that me they will cost large ammounts and be v.good or ?

Kept it brief, because there's not much real information on them yet and plus with these GPUs, it's too early to find out whether the rumoured information is true or not. If anyone has more information, then feel free to chime in. Most new GPUs will out-perform its predecessor. And no doubt will it cost a bomb just like the recent launch of the 7900 cards, ok Mr. young lad? :p

Well just upgraded my hole system so wont b able to upgrade a new full system so what will be needed when theses are rellased?

As it's a new PC I assume that you built a PCI-Express system. In which case you'll just need to buy the new graphics card and plug it in

Did you go for a dual core system like the ones specc'ed or not? A dual core system will be very much required for optimal performance by then. UT2007 and the engine is multithreaded and will get a big performance boost on dual core systems.

No, i went with single i really dont no why just did lol but in september will spend around £300 on a cpu then will get a new gfx just after crimbo probs the g80 or what ever u all on about

The system you proposed the other day should be fine. As stated, the dual core would have been the nicer route, but if you have the upgrade in mind just after Christmas then it's a wise choice.
