yea it has the power plug socket, i`ve bought a cable, which should be here tommorrow, i hope to god it aint a borked card, yet it only cost me £65, which isnt too bad. will let ya know tomorrow, it is quite hard to work out if its actually inserted or not. a well

darn, the system still wont boot with the card in, i`ve done soem reading aorund, and it seems that x800 pro`s need at least a 350W PSU, and the comp only has 305W. arrgggh, i got the additional power cable thing this morning, but still didnt work.

annoyingly the dell motherboard requires a 24pin mobo plug, my spare PSu only has a 20pin! ARGHHH! gonna have to try find a new PSU, so annoying, if the card is borked and i can only find that out when i stick a new PSU in i`m gonna flip! annoying as i dont have my comp here, but i dont think that has a pci-e slot anyway!! DARN DELLS¬
