ATi Xpress 200M - dedicated or shared?

Is the above chipset in a laptop a dedicated chip with its own memory or is it just basic shared memory/graphics?

iirc it has it's own memory (comes in 32 and 64 meg varieties) but can also tap into ram. Ram usage will depend how feature-rich your bios is.

Don't expect any remotley modern games to run well.
 
Thanks. Not needed for games. General use and bit photo editting on the move. I found two I liked.
One has the ATi chip and another Intel GMA 950.

Any real difference in real terms or just go for the cheapest?!
