ATI - Zero display service error

got a new Powercolor x1900 xt card took out the old 7800gtx uninstalled the old drivers , ran driver cleaner . installed the new card and ran the cat 6.3 install program on the driver installtion part i get the above error and the other parts then continue to install the only drivers that work are the ones on the cd that came with the card and the omegas half work (radlinking dos'nt work) allso powerstrip don't work as well saying it can't read the bios or somthing , any idea , not realy in the mood to do a fresh install to try and get the new drivers installed ?
 
Got that on my old 9800Pro, with my old system. Reinstalling windows fixed it. Reinstall windows and then install the official 6.3, and all should be fine :)
