ATItool error 8800 ultra

Just bought a 8 month old 8800 ultra which the chap i bought it from swears has never been overclocked. However, when i run ATItool it throws up an intermittant error on the same pixel. Is this something I should be concerned about? It doesn't seem to effect any of the games I play.

You could install precision from the EVGA website.
That will allow you easily to
1: See what clocks your GPU and memory are running at
2: Make temporary adjustments to the memory/GPU clocks.

I suspect that the memory is running close to it's maximum and it is likely you could clear the errors you are seeing by backing down the memory clock a bit.

Hi PCZ,

The card is running at the stock speeds you mentioned.(checked with Rivatuner) I wouldn't imagine I'd need to underclock the memory unless the card was knackered.

Should I be worried about a small error or am I just being fussy?
