I am just looking at options right now for compact/quiet/low powered PCs.
I would like one to use as a HTPC. Happy to run Linux, Plex and most probably XBMC or similar. (Currently using a RoKu)
And then another which would basically be replacing my atom-based netbook for home use. I know I could just plug a monitor into the netbook but that is somewhat limited in flexibility and my netbook fan is as noisy as...
I have minimal budget and I would be quite happy sourcing components off ebay.
