It's no secret I've been helping the campaign against Atos and the DWP, I have never threatened Atos staff with violence. The alleged death threats Atos claim to have received would be understandable from a relative of a dead Atos victim but I wouldn't condone such action. I believe in peaceful protests but some people are so outraged they sometimes make empty threats as I haven't heard of any deaths of Atos staff at the hands of protesters.

DLA no longer exists, it was replaced by PIP which, although not means tested, judges whether you have taken steps yourself (for example, buying an automatic car) and discounts that portion from your award as already solved, which actively encourages dependency.

It is my understanding PIP replaced DLA for working age disabled, DLA is still paid to those 65 or over after PIP was rolled out. These People still get DLA.

Or maybe they decided protecting their employees from thugs was more important.

Or maybe peaceful protesters finally opened their eyes to the deaths and unfair treatment to their customers.

quote from DPAC statement..

The bizarre exit strategy ATOS have developed in identifying apparent physical threats on Facebook despite the growing lists of REAL deaths caused by the WCA regime is an outrageous insult to all those that have died and all those that have lost family members through this regime. It is an insult to every person who has suffered worsening physical and mental health through this inhuman regime.

Even some Atos staff were disgusted and walked out in protest..

quote from mirror article..

In Southend, Atos workers themselves walked out in sympathy and joined the rally outside their own office.
