Attempting to learn to use LUA... VS2013

So I just built and installed Lua so that I could get it to work with VS2013... But I'm a little confused... when I try to add a script to the project I'm working on the lua file type isn't there... am I derping uber hard? xD

Also on a side note for whatever reason I can't #include "lua.h" when the directory is set to be included.
