Going to be transplanting my rig in my sig soon into into a Lian Li A10 case.

A couple of queries on how this case handles 2 psu's,fitting gtx's, cpu heatisnks etc..

I have a Corsair 620w HZ I will use, but may add another later (but should be ok for now). Has anyone tried running 2 psu's in this case. Worried about how near the 120mm fan is to the side of the case ? Does the case still come with the neccessary cables to hook up 2 psu's and do you need to be careful how you load them. So should I run my cpu and 1 gtx off one psu (seeing as the psu only has 2 pci-e cables), and the drives and other gtx off the other psu ?

Regarding running 2 gtx's - does the heatsink on the 2nd gtx interfere with cable routing from the psu like it does on the Antec P180 ?

What's the best cpu heatsink to fit in this case and not mess with the top fans airflow. Using an Asus P5N32-SLI. I looked at the A10 thread in these forums and it seems the Ultra 120 and Tuniq Tower fits in this case using this board but only blowing upwards or downwards not towards the rear of the case. So say I go with the Tuniq is it better to have it blowing upwards and the top fan reversed so it exhausts (and remove the grille from the fan obviously), or better to leave the stock fan configuration and have the tuniq fan blowing downwards.

Finally how noisy/quiet are the fans (worth replacing all round with Scythe Sflex for example) and how effective is the fan controller. I assume it works only for 2 fans.

Thanks

In mine ive reversed the rear ant top fan, so cool air comes in, hits my Ultra-120, and gets exhaused out the top... works great for me.

Not sure about the GTX routing, but there should be room, im running a X1950Pro which is GTS size IIRC, and there is about 4inches clear, plus depth to feed the cables around under the PCB if need be.

Fans are fine, ive replaced mine, but the stock ones are ok. Controller does 2 fans, i actually have a Zalman 6-channel fan controler.

Oh, and the case comes with the adaptor to run 2 PSUs from one motherboard.

Hi, the way Lian-Li set the fans up is for the front one to pull cool air in, the rear one to exhaust out and the top one to pluss cool air in....
