Would you have a link to the version you used? Tried it again over the weekend and still no joy.
 
Does anyone have any problems playing back XviD material? I can play any h264 stuff I throw at it but any other codec seems to stutter. I am not even talking about HD XviD, just normal DVD resolution or lower.

No problems at all for me - 99% of my stuff is xvid 480 res
 
Got everything working bar 4od! Anybody got a link to a plugin? My google-fu is weak!

XBMC has made an otherwise poor product in the UK absolutely awesome :)
 
So does icefilms actually let you stream videos onto an ATV2 on the fly without any need to download the media? If so, how reliable is it?
 
Yes, no need to download which is the main benefit. Fairly reliable but links don't always work - although they tend to come back up in a day or so.
 
Sounds fab. I'll be JBing this weekend. Just one question, probably a bit nooby, but what's the process for updating the firmware when Apple release an official update once you've jailbroken? Is it even possible or do Apple download servers detect you've done it and block the update?
 
never mind found out why, forgot to add the port, feel like such a n00b
