ATX 2.2 Power Shorting - How?????

Green + Black pin on the 20pin power connector shorts to power for atx 2.0 psu's, but on my atx 2.2 the fans turn for about 0.5secs and then they stop.

Do i need to short out different pins on an atx 2.2 psu, ive tried googling, but cant find anything.

Try here and go to page 36. I think you need to short PS_on and any COM/GND pin. If not try short PWR_ON and COM.
