I could link you to the standards page (which is excellent as a sleep aid) but the main changes are that PSUs now have split rails (for the most part), have a 24pin connector for the motherboard rather than 20pin and there are SATA connectors as well as PCI-E connectors for the graphics card(s). There are other mainly internal changes about the way PSUs operate but those are the ones that will affect you most.
