hey just wondering if my atx case i used for my amd motherboard would take a 775 intel board.

also if you have only dealt with putting together amd builds is it difficult to put an intel one together?

ATX is a standard so anything that fits the ATX standard will work, basically yes provided your case is normal ATX sized and not mATX then you could use any ATX motherboard.

You might need a new PSU depending on how old/good the original was though.

It should be no more difficult building with an Intel chip than an AMD one, both use ZIF(Zero Insertion Force) sockets so they are basically the same in terms of building.
