ATX motherboard?

The case manual will tell you but not sure about how you know it, i THINK that all modern motherboards are ATX after a wiki search but wasn't 100%

It is a bit complicated on the ocuk site.

I think the main mobo size formats are:

ATX, microATX and miniITX - I am sure there are several others but I think these are the main ones.

A miniITX is really small and has its own section.

You can differentiate ATX from microATX from the shape of the board. microATX boards are almost square whereas ATX boards are rectangles. The other way of checking is that in almost all cases ATX boards have 4 slots for RAM whereas microATX have only 2 (I am not sure if this is true for all of them).
