ATX or MicroATX

I need some advice as to buy equipment either ATX or MicroATX form factor.
My needs are non gaming but I intend to build a nice i5 PC with 2 HD's, SSD and dedicated GPU.
I intend on buying an Anidees A14 or A16 case but cannot decide which. Obviously if I choose the smaller of the cases I will need to buy the Micro MB but do not fully understand if I am imposing any restrictions on the build that I may regret.
I have no problem in accomodating the larger case even if it will be half empty with me only air cooling.
So guys can you guide me as to which direction to take please.

If you have no size constriants you are much better off going ATX..

I went mATX and don't regret it but i needed to as i was moving my PC to and from uni. so a smaller cube like box made this a lot easier.

As long as the mobo, be it ATX or mATX offers you the features you need or require and the case meets your needs, then just get whatever fits the bill.
