ATX to Mini-ITX

Hi all. I've currently got a i7 8700, 4x8GB ram, 1080TI, 280mm AIO and an ATX motherboard in a massive Corsair case. I want to significantly reduce the size of the case, so have been looking at the NZXT H1, for which I'd need to buy a new motherboard. Are there any other, cheaper options, where I could keep my 280mm AIO and just swap motherboard/case? Some cheap(ish) motherboard recommendations would also be good! Thanks.

Thanks - I'll maybe just preorder the H1, I do like the look of it. What would be a good fairly inexpensive motherboard to go with it?
