Audi owners in here!

My 2013 2.0L TDI will not be having a one way ticket too the scrap yard.............

Happy Days. Just hope the £20 tax stays the same..............

Government has said they won't change the tax bands, presumably if anything they might sue VAG for losses if the cheat made a difference to tax band.

Changes steering, also on dynamic if you have auto gearbox I believe (on A8 at least which has a similar drive select to A6 etc) it puts the gearbox into sport

It depends on what you change, I only change throttle response with individual, or use economy setting.

Because it's slow, noisy and unrefined and the 2.0TFSI suits the car better? :p

I think it's not that slow, relatively quiet and refined for a diesel. I really think people should at least give it a fair chance rather than talk BS.

Is DAB standard in the newer A4's and A6's now? I'm looking at changing my car in January, and i'v been looking at what's available in the spec i'm after and i think i might be asking too much.

I want a V6 again, petrol or diesel, not fussed. I would like another quattro due to the nature of my commute. I want DAB, good connectivity (music over bluetooth with steering wheel controls etc). decent sound system (B&O etc). Finally, i want heated leather. Not asking too much am i lol.

You'll be looking at black edition spec at least for that I would think, or expect to be paying through the nose for B&O. Certainly the last generation only came with half leather at that spec, not full leather. But you did get DAB and BT.

I think that looks much better. Previously there was really cheap plastic surround lump in the middle. Now it looks very classy.
The problem with all this nice tech is that it's all optional : Light & Vision pack, comfort & sound pack and tech pack is £3,675. That's an extra £102 per month (over 36) before you look at paint, wheels and other options.

It still looks pants, like a tablet stuck on and goes against the rest of the dash styling. Certainly not a console design in a car I would ever want to live with.

True few cars will have the Virtual Cockpit cluster. The packs also don't make a lot of sense you get the HUD with the Vision pack but not the Light & Vision pack so if you are getting an S-Line model which has LED headlights as standard you really want the Technology plus the Vision pack a snip at 2.6k.

I can't believe Audi followed suit with the new tablet stuck to the dashboard approach :(

I dont understand, why is everyone doing this? Does anyone think it looks better than a screen thats properly integrated into the dash?

It's like car designers have thought 'Tablets are proper wyked lets get in on that'.
