Audi owners in here!

How will I know if it has AMI? If it doesn't have it, is it any east retrofit? (cheap?)

It's in the glovebox. You'll either have just a CD changer, or a CD changer and the Audi Music Interface (AMI), which has interchangeable cables (purchasable separately) to allow access to iPhone/iPod, USB devices, or Bluetooth devices.

Retrofit is relatively simple, but you do have to get a replacement glovebox due to the original not having space for both the changer and the AMI (you could in theory drop the changer and replace it with the AMI, but then you can't have the onboard user's manual on CD, nor can you perform MMI system updates (separate from Sat Nav updates which are from the DVD drive in the boot). Took me maybe two hours to do and cost me £250~

I adore mine!

It's the sport model, remapped ecu to 145bhp, now it has the speed to match the handling. To my delight it actually handles better than my previous 8p S3!

same car and colour as mine, on 239k on mine now been very reliable

Gearbox in my C5 is a bit notchy tbh. Noticed the same thing in my old man's Superb.
Synchro or something else I wonder...?

S-Line styling is subtle but still noticable. Spoiler, skirts, 18" wheels, sport alloys and a more aggressive front end make it stand out from a normal A3.

Interior is completely different and a much nicer place to be. S-Line bucket seats, brushed aluminium, black roof lining and a leather wheel/seats amongst other things.

I'm running an 06 2.0 S-Line with 170bhp, new facelift. Do less than 30,000 miles a year with full Audi service history. What warranty would you guys recommend?

After a few conversations with Warranty Wise they offered me full comprehensive with main dealer repairs (up to £200/h labour), including extra sensor coverage and component wear & tear cover (obv excluding tyres etc) for £450/y.

It's not 'completely different' - different colours don't make it completely different. And they are sport seats not 'bucket seats', proper bucket seats would be annoying anyway.

The Audi one - its run by the same bunch who underwrite the BMW one.

That looks really nice. I really love the way the prefacelift A4 looks, infact its probably one of my favourite Audi's visually.

Looks really nice wilber, love the colour.

Is it just the camera or is the exhausts off centre? How do they sound?

Just the camera angle. Sounds really nice for a diesel!

Took me an age to find one that was tidy. I had that white rover in the background of the second picture for nearly 3 years while i hunted one down which was the right money/condition with the RS4 body kit on it.

Thanks! Its manual. Bought it back in September last year. I'm very tempted to change the headlights for some decent day light running lights, but i cant decide on which ones as there are a few different styles.

Please don't spoil it like that, its really nice!

Yeah i know thats what wilber posted, i'm asking is it actually an RS4 bodykit, or is it something else like a Sport/S-Line kit?

Thanks Fox but why do you think it would spoil it? I have mulled the idea over a few times since Christmas. I was not thinking of adding some tacky LED strip myself, i was looking at purchasing full factory fitted headlight units.
